the411hr is an independent HR advice hotline designed to support employees with workplace issues. Whether you’re facing harassment, workplace discrimination, or have questions about labor laws, we offer confidential guidance and resources to help you navigate these challenges.

Yes! We take confidentiality very seriously. All calls and inquiries are strictly confidential. We do not share or sell any client information, and we do not outsource any of our services without first consulting you.

Our services start at a base rate of $33.00. The price may increase depending on the complexity of your situation or if legal guidance is required. You will always be informed about the cost upfront before any work is done.

We assist with a variety of workplace issues, including:

  • Labor laws and employee rights
  • FMLA and short-term disability
  • Unemployment claims
  • Targeting, harassment, and toxic work environments
  • PTO, sick time, and benefits issues

While we can provide general counsel and guidance, the411hr is not a law firm and does not offer legal representation. However, we can refer you to trusted employment attorneys and state resources if your issue requires legal intervention.

Will you report my concerns to my employer?

No. Because we are independent and not hired by your employer, we will never share your concerns or personal information with anyone at your company. We’re here to support you privately and confidentially.

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds. However, if you have any concerns about our service or feel that it did not meet your needs, please contact us, and we will do our best to address your concerns.

While we are based in New Jersey, we can assist employees across the United States. We provide guidance based on federal laws and can refer you to local resources specific to your state.
